COUNCIL SNOW SOLUTION IS THE DUNG THING

Dung from zoo animals could be used to clear up a city's snow & ice-bound streets council officials say. After Liverpool was hit by unexpected heavy snowfalls the city's council is considering using animal waste known as "Zoo Poo" to tackle future problems. The grit from elephant dung & other zoo animals' waste is said to tackle snow & ice quicker than standard grit The council is to consider the grit in a review of its procedures.

The whathappened.website is an analytical tool which can be used to study all these aspects of public life in a number of ways.
